| 1.Assessment and planning: to examine the case on whether the suspected behaviors breach the laws and map out the possibly best paths in order to reach the expected results.
2.Investigation on the infringements: to investigate on the production origin, process, volume and the warehouse and sales channels of the objective products, the personal background on the major infringers.
3.Raid actions: to take administrative raid against the small or average infringers who conduct infringements at the early stage and with relatively small influence; and to take criminal raids against the major large infringers or infringing group who conduct infringements repeatedly and with great damage to the society.
4.Relevant lawsuit: on the basis of investigation into the infringements and raid action against them, to participate in or deputize the clients in the criminal, administrative or civil suit. |
